All orders ship from our New York warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Order Processing

Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Because all of our tablecloths are made-to-order, larger orders or custom requests may require additional production time. We will notify you if your order requires extended processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at info@clothandlinen.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
