When it leaves us, and how
How quickly something ships depends on whether we had it on a shelf or had to make it. Here is each case, plainly.
By world
Home & Bath
Ready to ship as stocked, usually the quickest thing we send.
Fabric samples
Sent by letter post, and quick. $1 each, and they are yours to keep.
Fabric by the yard
Cut when your order comes up. Folded rather than rolled unless you ask.
Custom tablecloths
Cut and sewn to order, then shipped in about 2 to 3 days for a single cloth — longer for a bigger order. We cut in the order things arrive, so an early date told early is easier on both of us.
Mixed orders
If one order has a made-to-order cloth and something ready to ship, the ready part usually leaves first — we do not hold stock back to make a single parcel unless you ask. Say the word in the order note and we will ship it all together.
