Talk to a person
We are a small family workshop, so the person who answers is the person who cuts your cloth. That means you get a straight answer — and it means we are sometimes at the cutting table rather than the phone. Either way we will come back to you.
Before you write
Three things save a round trip: which fabric or family you mean, the table size or the yardage you are after, and the date you need it by. If you are matching a color, a photograph in daylight helps more than a description.
