Violet Linen Hand-Embroidered Grape Cutwork Tablecloth — White, Banquet Sizes

A white cloth worked in heavy cutwork and hand embroidery in a grape-and-vine design: clusters of grapes and curling leaves are stitched in relief, with the ground cut away between them so the pattern is open lace rather than print.

A deep scalloped edge finishes it, and the whole piece is substantial in the hand. This is a formal, occasion cloth.
