Violet Linen Wanli Lace Tablecloth — White & Ivory Openwork

Deep openwork lace worked in a medallion layout: a rosette at the centre, radiating floral panels around it, and a heavy scalloped border that hangs past the table edge. Dense enough to read as a whole cloth from across the room, open enough to show the surface beneath.

Worked in one piece rather than pieced from panels. A darker table underneath makes the pattern read at its sharpest.
